Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance payment. Kindly share all event dates, schedules, ideas, and timings in advance. Once confirmed, bookings shall be considered final and cancellations will not be accommodated thereafter.
Feel free to share your ideas, inspirations, references, and favourite tracks in advance or leave it to our creators to craft something exceptional for you, as always.
To respect each other’s time and creative process, one complimentary round of re-edits will be provided. Any additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Any cancellation made after booking confirmation shall be subject to a non-refundable booking fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be considered only in exceptional cases.
Any travel, stay, or related expenses for shoots must be managed by the client unless discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.
While we always value your preferences, the Reel Creator retains creative discretion over the editing, presentation, and final output to ensure the best quality content.
Collaboration requests, shoutouts, and promotional partnerships on Instagram or other social platforms will be taken up based on brand alignment, project requirements, and availability.
Final reels are requested to be posted in their original format, including our logo/watermark, across all social and promotional platforms.
